LIMITLESS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CHAPTER 28 LTD collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit limitless.buzz, join the LIMITLESS waitlist, or use the LIMITLESS ($LMTLESS) platform and related services (the “Services”).

Who we are

CHAPTER 28 LTD (“LIMITLESS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the data controller for personal data processed through the Services. We are a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16720458), with our registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. You can reach us about privacy at legal@limitless.buzz.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect the contents of your message and your contact details.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, our hosting provider records technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type and user-agent, and the time of your request. When you submit the waitlist form, we also record the submission timestamp and the user-agent of your device for security and anti-abuse purposes.

Anti-spam

The waitlist form includes a hidden “honeypot” field that real users never see. If it is completed, we treat the submission as automated and discard it. We do not use this field to identify you.

Wallet and blockchain data

If and when you connect a Solana wallet or transact in $LMTLESS, we process your public wallet address and associated on-chain activity. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public, permanent, and pseudonymous, and are recorded on a ledger that we do not control and cannot alter or erase.

Cookies and similar technologies

We currently use only essential storage required to run the site. We do not set non-essential advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How we use your information and our legal bases

  • To operate the waitlist and notify you when early access opens — based on your consent.
  • To send you product news, launch updates, and related communications — based on your consent.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Services and to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse — based on our legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations — based on legal obligation.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Your marketing choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email legal@limitless.buzz at any time to opt out or to ask us to delete your details.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Services:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and request logging.
  • Make (Make.com) — automation that routes your waitlist submission into our records.
  • Airtable — secure storage of waitlist entries.
  • Our email delivery provider — to send you transactional and update emails.

We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist data until the relevant launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner — after which we delete or anonymise it. We keep other data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email legal@limitless.buzz. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Remember that on-chain activity and wallet addresses are inherently public.

Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites and tools, for example Shopify merchant stores, X, or wallet providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date, and where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
